Cherry Blossom and Crow
This is a little out of the ordinary for me. I was standing in the backyard looking at a blooming plum tree and was hit with the idea of a cherry tree tattoo that could actually blossom and that's how Cherry Blossom & Crow came to be.
Poppy's Portrait
This started out as an Art Nouveau painting- very ornate with the jewelry and the long hair, flowing, and very much in the style of the time.. And then I started fiddling around with things, and discovered that I preferred her in a more Art Deco style/treatment. The vibrant colors on this one are what pull me to it.

News:

New additional domain name: www.TheArtofKKeys.com is up and running. It's just a mirror of this one, and both urls will continue to work and be updated exactly the same. My husband and I decided that it was time I had a domain name that made sense in regards to my art now that I hdon't actually have my "afterburns" pages online anymore.

New piece in the Digital Art Gallery. I decided to tackle The Bride of Frankenstein-- with a twist. (You can see the teaser image in the top banner.) She was an absolute JOY to paint.

Possibly a flood of work to follow shortly as I've suddenly been hit by the urge to live with my virtual paintbrush in my hand again.

Great Zoo pics (the monkeys are still my favorite) in the Photography Gallery..

A Warning:
This is an art site and art, sometimes, has *gasp* NUDITY. Holy Crap! Here Be Naked Ladies with Digital Nipples! If it offends you then, by all means, please leave.

Remember Kids: If it doesn't have "Winky Binky" it's not art.
